So I bet you’re wondering what sort of Crap-Excuse I have for the lack of pages. Well……. I don’t have one. I am opening them NOW! (One page will be changed later, so it won’t be opened)
But as far as all of us moderators go, this is what we are up to:
-Also, Fire 104 has returned from his long absence, and is doing lots of valuable work along with Aggron and I.
-We are trying to get Violin Playa back to Penguin generation from his long absence, but he has some things going on (he told me)…*
-Aggron is working on a layout project and is also helping me with my ROM game**.
-Darknerr is making items and HTML codes. He is also helping me with my ROM game***.
-Penguin32280607 has and still is making items and new ideas that will be shared with you. (When the time comes)
-I, Powerflare, am reopening the pages, helping with ideas, designs, a bit with layout commands (not really the code—just support), and a bunch of other things. I am obviously working on my ROM Game***.
*Violin Playa will always be remembered if he never returns. We will continue to try to bring him back.
**My ROM Game, an alteration of Pokémon Ruby Version, is unrelated to Penguin Generation.
***I have been spending a lot of time on the ROM Game, but I will try to spend more on Penguin Generation.

Ko56: Yeah, it is legal as long is not claimed to be your own content. That is referring to the Pokemon content, tiles, scripts ect. That also means you can’t sell it.

I see some of you wanna help with the ROM. There are a lot of glitches, so read this:
Update: Each link now directly downloads the files. (The VBA is a ZIP file which must be extracted.)
Visualboy Advanced (VBA): (Needed to play the ROM)

This downloads, as you can see from the link, a .zip file. You can’t do much with it as a .zip file. On your Windows computer, right click the downloaded VBA .zip file (called Visualboy Advanced), and choose Extract All. It will then extract the files, letting you open the contents of the folder. (You will have to press Next, Okay, and sometimes Yes—oh, and Finish when the extracting dialog appears) The regular folder will be named the same (Visualboy Advanced) but of course as a regular folder. (Note that that regular folder should automatically open up. If it doesn’t click the new regular folder that is made) Inside is another folder with the same name—click it. You are now in the deepest part of the folder “nest” (for lack of better terms). Copy all of it, and paste it into a new folder (where you will put the .GBA as well). I think it also works if you just copy the VBA. (Called VisualBoyAdvanced and has a Gameboy Advanced logo)

Warning: Ask your parents before download. Make sure to tell them your friend made the download, so its safe. There is no advertising, viruses, or anything else that is bad, illegal, or inappropriate.
This is much more simple than the VBA. Wherever you download it, copy or move it into the same place as the VBA. I suggest making a brand new folder somewhere, instead of using the VBA folder. Once they are together, drag the .GBA file into the VBA and the game will load.
Important Notice: When you save, it will create a .sav file. When you use save states (look below for ALL controls), it will create a .sgm file. NEVER separate these files from the game. If you delete or move them (or move the .GBA away from it), the game will not have your saved game. Sometimes it also makes .bak files, and I would not delete them. Rule of thumb—don’t delete ANYTHING.
Controls:
Z = A
X = B
Enter = Start
Backspace = Select
To fast forward (speed up) gameplay, hold down the spacebar.
Write a Save State: Shift = F1 (for state 1), f2 (for state 2), and so on. (Does not include F11 and F12)
Load a Save State: F1 (for state 1), F2 (for state 2), and so on. (Again—it doesn’t include F11 and F12)
What is a save state?
You can make or load these ANYTIME during gameplay, and are sometimes useful. Its especially useful when you try to capture a Pokemon, because you can make a state when it has low health and then keep lobbing balls at it (only one). If it breaks free, reload the state. (You get it) Still, save your game the normal way as well, or it might haunt you.
Don’t go past Route 304 (Petalburg Side); 303 and 304 will be edited more. 302 may also be edited a bit more.

Actually, I haven’t really edited anything on that Route. Barely on 302 and 303. And Petalburg City… barely again. I am making Beta 0.2 very soon. It won’t have many room updates that I can think of.
But yeah… I will probably make a blog for it soon, and there are new trainers in it. The starters will get changed and all that! (Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, and Mudkip) Lucky me!! I don’t have to restart! Even though the starters will change! (Because I’m editing my play file) But it doesn’t matter anyway—I wouldn’t resart for anything! (Except for CP’s permission for EVERYTHING we wanted) Because while testing, the Torchic I picked turned out SHINY!!!

I’m going to design a Dodge Viper (Car), and big enough (But not actual size) that I’m able to fit into it! I decided summer because 1. It’s the biggest holiday 2. It’s warm, and thats when people get tired. I can do jobs for money
That’s what I plan to do, to get money for the parts. I should mention none of this will be electric (Except for the radio, which will just be a stario 
). I’m going to use springs, and other things to make it work. I’m gonna design an engine so it looks real. It’ll do nothing (Well maybe…) but it will look awesome!

Yes. First, go to Penguin Generation on your dashboard, go to edit on the Moderator Page that is not a draft. Then on the right side click Edit next to Password Visibility and then the passwords there!
