After the peace treaty (see the above post), the cyborgs will leave Club Penguin Island (the main island with the Town and Snow Forts ect. [named after the original game it came from]) but a few will stay. The cyborgs that stay will walk around Club Penguin Island for a few days. Then they will disappear. But they will remain somewhere on Club Penguin Island (the Storage Room?) and will come out during some parties. Maybe if they are walking around Club Penguin (randomly like Rockhopper), you can click them and become a Cyborg (a.k.a. receive a Cyborg Suit).
These cyborg penguins will be in tons of places all over Penguin Generation (ONLY DURING A SPECIAL INVASION EVENT!)! Maybe. Example: Snow Forts, Pizza Place, Coffee Shop, Night Club, Lighthouse, Dojo, HQ, and they will also be in groups such as ninjas and agents. It will be awesome! Here’s the sneak peak, this is only the head, cause it’s a sneak peak. (Mods, check mod page for full picture!)

Cyborg penguins!!? That’s something that would be at a Technology Party, your Mod Party, or during some hostile takeover of the island. Not just walking around!!!
I think cyborg penguins would be cool and all, but not just walking around the island. (idea) Like I said above, they could be at some type of technology party or your Mod party. Again, like I said in the above comment: or during some hostile takeover. That could be a mission! Or something before a mission/big event like this whole Fire Event on Club Penguin.
I know! The cyborg penguins will come on a giant ship, or a time travel thing. Anyways, they will land on the Ice Berg. And then they will take over the island. This will go on for a few weeks. After the 4th day of the take over, the penguins will form an army, and you can sign up in the underground hideout base (will be new room specialy for the takeover) on t he 11th day, the penguins will start a war, and it will go on till the 18th day! On the 18th day, they will both sign a peace treaty. But mst if the cyborgs will leave and go back to where they live, but about 4 or 5 will stay at Penguin Generation and just walk around like you said. Except on many parties, the cyborgs will come back to party! But they will leave at the end of the party.
Giant ship—not “time travel thing”. The cyborgs that stay will walk around the main island (Club Penguin Island) for a few days. Then they will disappear. They may also be useful for, say, clothing items that are replicas of the actual Cyborgs.
